Good morning, everyone! Today I want to share with you one of my favorite breakfast recipes: smoked salmon and egg bagels. This recipe is perfect for a weekend brunch or a special breakfast treat. It’s easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious!
As a mom, I always try to make sure my kids start their day with a healthy and hearty breakfast. But sometimes, it’s nice to switch things up and make something a little more indulgent. This recipe definitely fits the bill!
One of my fondest memories of making this dish was when my daughter Emily was learning how to crack eggs for the first time. She was so excited to help me in the kitchen and I loved seeing her enthusiasm. We had a lot of laughs as she tried to get the hang of it, but eventually, she got it right. It’s moments like these that make cooking with my children so special.
Tips:
– Use fresh salmon for the best flavor. You can either smoke it yourself or buy pre-smoked salmon from your local grocery store.
– Toast the bagels before adding the toppings. This will give them a crispy texture and prevent them from getting soggy.
– Don’t overcook the eggs! You want the yolks to be runny so they can mix with the cream cheese and create a delicious sauce.
