Welcome to my blog! Today I’m going to share a recipe for a delicious and healthy breakfast smoothie. This smoothie is packed with fruits and vegetables and it will give you a great start to your day!
To make this smoothie, I like to start with a base of frozen banana, spinach, and almond milk. Then I add in fresh berries, like strawberries and blueberries. For a bit of sweetness, I add in a spoonful of honey. Finally, I like to top it off with some nut butter and chia seeds.
This smoothie is creamy, sweet, and satisfying. I love to whip it up in the morning to give me a boost of energy and nutrients. It’s an easy and delicious way to get your day started off right!
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 frozen banana, chopped
-1/2 cup frozen spinach
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
-1 tablespoon honey
-1 tablespoon nut butter
-1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions:
1. Place the banana, spinach, almond milk, and berries in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the honey, nut butter, and chia seeds and blend until combined.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
