This recipe is a great way to get dinner on the table in no time. All you need to do is mix together some simple ingredients, toss them with shrimp, and bake! The result is a flavorful, one-pan meal that’s sure to please.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-1/2 cup frozen corn
-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 teaspoons smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon cumin
-Salt and pepper, to taste
-1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the bell pepper, tomatoes, corn, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Spread the shrimp mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve warm. Enjoy!
