Kid-Friendly Honey Garlic Chicken: An Easy and Delicious Dinner Recipe

One of my favorite easy dinners to make is my kid-friendly honey garlic chicken. My daughter Emily loves it, and it always makes her smile when I tell her it’s on the menu. It’s a classic combination of sweet and savory, and it’s so easy to make. The key is to get the honey-garlic sauce just right.

For the sauce, you’ll need one tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, two cloves of minced garlic, and a pinch of onion powder for flavor. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until they’re well combined.

For the chicken, you’ll need four boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the honey-garlic sauce over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling. Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
